As the founder and lead Companion of WELL WALKED, I bring both heart and expertise to every walk. I’m a proud mother of three, daughter of aging parents, pickleball fanatic, and a former educator with a deep commitment to helping others feel supported, engaged, and valued.

My professional background spans over two decades in education. I’ve served as an Education Consultant and Curriculum Designer, providing professional development training for the California Reading and Literature Project at Loyola Marymount University. I also worked in publishing and strategy for higher education with McGraw Hill Education, where I collaborated with schools and educators to improve student learning outcomes. I hold a California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and have years of experience teaching in the classroom, guiding students with care and patience.

These experiences have shaped the way I approach companionship for older adults — blending attentiveness, warmth, and a genuine love for helping people thrive. Whether walking through the neighborhood, sharing stories, running errands together, or simply offering a listening ear, I believe every step is an opportunity to bring joy, connection, and peace of mind to families.
